Here’s what you’ll need:
- ½ cup Nutriseed Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Nutriseed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2 tablespoons Nutriseed Organic Coconut Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt
- 1 egg and 6 egg whites
- ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients (except the baking soda and apple cider vinegar) to a large bowl and mix well
- Add the baking soda and apple cider vinegar to the mixture. Mix until well-combined
- Grease a loaf pan with more Nutriseed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes or until the top of the bread is lightly browned
- Take out of the oven and let cool
- Transfer to a loaf platter and enjoy!
