What Will I Receive?
You will receive five juices for each of your days, in one single delivery. The cold-pressed juices arrive frozen to ensure freshness in transit, and gives you the chance to postpone the date that you begin the diet should you wish.

How Should I Store The Nutriseed Cold-Pressed Juice Diet?
Once your delivery has arrived, transfer all juices straight into the freezer. The night before (ideally 12 hours), pop the following day's juices into the fridge for defrosting. If any of them are not fully defrosted, place the juices into a jug of warm water for approximately 10 minutes. Shake gently before drinking, and enjoy.

Why Do A Cold-Pressed Juice Diet?
A whopping 95% of the vitamins, minerals and enzymes that are needed by our bodies are found in the raw juices of fruits and veggies.  Consuming these vitamins and minerals in juice form means they are absorbed by the body more quickly and fully than any other method…  Thereby giving your digestive system a chance to kick-back, and focus on itself for once. It is also a weight loss aid - we have found that it is possible to lose between 3-6lb (approx. 1-2.5kg) whilst on this juice fast. (Results will vary from person to person, and are not guaranteed). 

What Does Cold-Pressed Mean?
The clue here, is in the name. Put simply, by keeping the juice cool during the juicing process, more essential nutrients are retained, making for a healthier, more nutritionally beneficial juice. A more traditional, centrifugal juicer will heat the juice as part of the process, oxidising the nutrients, rendering it less powerful and nutritionally sound.

Providing your body with nothing but freshly pressed vitamins, minerals and nutrients can help to remove unwanted toxins and free radicals, and can contribute to you to feeling fitter, healthier and more alert. It is known as a cleanse as it gives your body a good clean, and can rid it of anything unhealthy or not nutritionally beneficial. It is also a nutrient-dense way to introduce your body to a low-carb diet, providing it with all the vitamins and healthy fats that you need, but nothing more.

How Will I Feel During My Cleanse? Will I Get Hungry?
Our individual experiences will all differ whilst on a juice fast, as it is very much linked to the overall health of our bodies. Some people may feel more fatigued than normal, others may feel a rush of energy. This is because your body is experiencing something new for the first time. It is perfectly understandable that you will feel hungry, especially in the evenings. It is recommended to plan for this mentally and logistically (with regard to being around food), and will merit a certain amount of self-discipline. It is best to keep yourself busy and try not to think about or surround yourself with solid foods.

Will I Lose Weight?
If you keep to only consuming the juices provided, our experience tells as that you should lose weight. This will vary from person to person depending on how healthy they are, but you should expect to lose on average around 3-6lb (approx. 1-2.5kg). (This of course is not guaranteed).

I’d Like To Lose A Little Weight In Time For My Holiday, Will This Help?
Absolutely, it is possible to lose up to 7lb (approx. 2.5kg) in five days, although this is not guaranteed. 

I’d Like To Order The Juices Not As A Diet, But Just To Enjoy Them. Is That Possible?
Absolutely, there is no reason at all why you cannot enjoy them as regular healthy juices. They are perfect for parties or events where you know that your guests value nutrient rich, healthy foods. Please contact the Nutriseed Team if this is the case. Please just bear in mind though that due to it being fresh produce, the juices have a maximum of an 8 day life, whilst kept refrigerated.

How Healthy Are The Ingredients Used To Make The Cold-Pressed Juice Diet?
The only ingredients used within the Nutriseed Cold-Pressed Juice Diet are fresh fruit and vegetables, in addition some of Nutriseed’s superfood powders. There are no preservatives, additives or artificial ingredients used within any of our juices. 

Should I Consume Anything Other Than The Cold-Pressed Juices?
Drinking lots of water throughout the day, and beginning and ending the day with a glass of warm water with fresh lemon and Manuka honey, would be encouraged and considered fine. Other than this nothing else should be consumed, especially no caffeine. 

Is There Anything That I Should Avoid Whilst On The Cold-Pressed Juice Diet?
As you may guess, whilst cleansing, it is advised to avoid smoking, drinking alcohol and all solid foods. If you wish to work out, its no problem to exercise in moderation but avoid intense, strenuous work outs.

Why Should I Not Do The Cold-Pressed Juice Diet?
It is not recommended to cleanse if you are pregnant, although you can enjoy the juices as part of your balanced diet. If you have any pre-existing health conditions or if you are on medication, it is strongly advised to consult your Doctor or GP prior to purchasing a Cold-Pressed Cleanse.

I Have Lots Of Allergies, Can I Do The Cold-Pressed Juice Diet?
Nutriseed cold-pressed juices are Vegan Approved, vegetarian-friendly and gluten free. A couple of the juices however do contain celery, or sulphites (within the Goji Berry Powder). 

Are There Any Side Effects Of A Juice Fast?
All of our bodies are different, and there is a possibility that you will experience any of the following:

• A varied range of bodily sensations, such as excess energy and exhilaration, to feeling light-headed or fatigued.
• A change in bowl movements.
• Headaches, hyperglycaemia, constipation, difficulty focusing, acne, increased body odour and bad breath. These have all been noted as being temporary, and affect some people lots and others not at all.

These effects should all be expected as temporary possible outcomes, however should these any other symptoms persist as a result of the cleanse, please consult your Doctor or GP.

After Receiving Your Nutriseed Cold-Pressed Juices

I Have Noticed Some ‘Bits’ At The Bottom Of Some Of The Bottles. Is This Normal?
Because the juices are made from fresh fruits and vegetables, with no other additives it is perfectly normal for some of the ingredients to separate. We have noticed this particularly with Cayenne Pepper in Neon (No. 2) and the Spirulina Powder in Another Kind of Green (No. 4).

Can I Take The Juices To Work With Me For Lunch?
Absolutely, as long as they are kept refrigerated, they can be enjoyed anywhere.

Do I Resume To My Regular Diet Straight After I Have Completed It?
We recommend that you gradually reintroduce yourself to solid foods. It is best to begin this with small portions of fruits, vegetables or salads, and then move on to unprocessed foods such as eggs, dairy, whole grains and cereals. It is not recommended to eat heavy meals too soon, but to wait until your body feels ready.
